Eating with Endo
The vital importance of diet for endometriosis healing
What we eat and what we don’t eat is one of the most effective ways to naturally treat endometriosis. Absolutely.
As endometriosis is an inflammatory disease, it’s super important to be eating foods that reduce inflammation and avoid foods that flare inflammation in our systems. Eating for gut health is also important, as poor digestion has been linked to endometriosis. In addition, endometriosis is affected by estrogen so ‘mopping up’ any excess estrogen via our diet as well as staying away from synthetic estrogens is a BIG step on the path to natural recovery. How we nourish our body and what we put in our mouths can make an incredible difference.
